REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help – we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases, and within 14 days of date of delivery or pickup for online purchases. For a full refund or exchange, all items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Items that have had their packaging opened, handled, and/or seals broken will be subject to a restocking fee for refunds & exchanges, and must be in like-new condition and returned in its original packaging with all applicable accessories.
All items will be inspected accordingly, and items that show signs of use or missing contents may be denied a return or subject to applicable restocking fees. For online returns, please allow up to 3 business days from the delivery of the return shipment for your request to be reviewed & processed.
Outboxes and plastic wrappings are considered protective packaging designed to shield products from damage during the delivery process. Please note that return requests made on the basis of damaged outside packaging of an item may not be approved.

RESTOCKING FEES
A 30% restocking fee applies to eligible returns and is deducted from the refund amount to help cover processing, handling, and inventory recovery costs.
A restocking fee applies to items that are opened, unsealed, or not returned in new condition. Restocking fees do not apply to defective items, items damaged upon arrival, or items shipped in error.
Light sticks: Due to required inspection and testing, light sticks may be opened prior to fulfillment and are therefore subject to the restocking fee. Additional details are available here.
FINAL SALE AND NONRETURNABLE ITEMS
All final sale items cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as final sale, and please ask our staff at the store or contact us for further information on final sale items.
The following products are nonreturnable:
- Health & beauty items, including masks, that have been opened, handled, and or/seals broken.
Reward points that are redeemed into a rewards coupon and used on an order are only restored if the order is fully refunded. If an order is partially refunded, including cases where a restocking fee is applied, redeemed rewards points are considered spent and will not be restored.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
In-Store
You can return both in-store & online orders at our store. For quicker processing, please bring your receipt or packing slip, the credit card used, and a valid photo ID.
If you are returning an online order at the store, you can start a return request from your order history page in your account or you can start a return request here. Once the return is approved with details confirmed, follow-up instructions will be provided.
Online
You can return online purchases by starting a return request from your order history page in your account or you can start a return request here.
Once the return is approved with details confirmed, follow-up instructions along with return labels will be provided.
RETURN SHIPPING
You may return any item purchased in-store or online at our store location. For online orders that included damaged or defective products, prepaid return labels will be provided for the return shipment.
For all other online returns, prepaid return labels will be provided for the return shipment, and we’ll deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund or exchange.
Please include the packing slip with any return shipment. If the packing slip is no longer available, please include a note with your full name & order number with the return shipment.
