Shipping is free on orders over $119 within the United States.
Orders that do not contain pre-order items are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. You can track your order by viewing your order history in your account or you can track your order here.
We do not ship internationally, and we do not currently ship unfolded posters - read more here.
We ship all albums and K-pop-related items in corrugated boxes with protective bubble wrap + paper packing materials - we take the safety of your package seriously! It may seem a bit much for certain smaller items, but it's the best way to ensure your order is delivered safe and sound.
All of the shipping materials we use are recyclable. If you are not planning on a return for your order, we ask that you recycle or re-use the shipping materials for your own use - we appreciate it!
PO BOXES
Please note that UPS does not generally deliver to PO Boxes, and if your shipping address is a PO Box, we strongly recommend selecting USPS as the shipping carrier.
ORDER TRACKING AND HISTORY
To view your order history, log in using the email you used at checkout (a one-time code will be sent to your email - no password required). Rewards points are only earned when you are signed in at checkout.
