WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and text – orders that do not contain pre-order items are typically ready for pickup within 3-5 business days. Once ready for pickup, you will receive an order ready confirmation email at which point you can visit the store with your order number & photo ID to pick it up.
IS SAME DAY PICK UP POSSIBLE?
As orders are directly fulfilled at our warehouse, we do not offer same day pickup.
HOW LONG CAN YOU HOLD MY ORDER?
Once your order is ready for pickup, we will hold it for 14 days. Orders that are not picked up within this period will be canceled and refunded as store credit. If you need more time, you can always request an extension here.
ORDER TRACKING AND HISTORY
To view your order history, log in using the email you used at checkout (a one-time code will be sent to your email - no password required). Rewards points are only earned when you are signed in at checkout.
