The 1st album return or exchange with missing inclusions will be processed as a no hassles return – we will need your full name and email address and/or phone number associated with your account to process the request. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one here. Please note that any subsequent returns or exchanges for missing album inclusions will require the following:
IN-STORE PURCHASES
- Receipt of purchase
- An unboxing video*
*Please record a clear video starting with when the item was in original, sealed packaging and showcase all contents of the album during the unboxing.
ONLINE PURCHASES
- Start a return request from your account page or starting a return here
- Attach an unboxing video* in the request
- If the return is approved, follow-up instructions will be emailed.
