PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Pre-orders will start shipping and be ready for pickup 5-7 business days after the shipment is received at our warehouse which is typically 3-7 business days after the expected release date (subject to delays).
Please note that orders containing pre-order items along with other items will be held altogether until the pre-order item is available for shipment. You can check on the status of your pre-order by the order status page or you can also look up your order here. Orders containing pre-order items will be on "Pre-Order" status, and will change to "Preparing Order" once the pre-order items are received at our warehouse.
Expected ship dates for pre-order items are shown on the product and cart pages. After placing your order, the expected ship date shown on your order status page reflects the latest pre-order item in your order.
PRE-ORDER BENEFITS
Any pre-order item that comes with POBs will clearly state this in the product description and will also display a 'POBs' sticker on the product image. Please note that only variants that state POBs are included will contain pre-order benefits.
POBs Included variants typically refer to distributor-provided POBs. The exact quantity of POBs is listed in the product description, and a breakdown of all items in your order is also visible on the checkout page.
POB Eligible items are spend-based POBs, which are automatically added to cart for qualifying orders. On the Shop app, POBs are added after checkout and will be included with every eligible order.
For in-store purchases, as pre-order benefits are limited supply, POBs are included with purchases on a first-come, first-serve basis.
