RETURNS PROTECTION
When you opt-in for Returns Protection at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit without paying for return shipping. Returns Protection applies to all items in the cart, whether shipped or picked up in-store.
For exchanges, Returns Protection covers the the return shipping only. If you're exchanging for a different item, the outgoing shipment may incur additional shipping charges. However, if your exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item received, both return and replacement shipping will be fully covered.
If you choose to opt out, the returns and exchange process remains the same, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All returns and exchanges are subject to our return policy and restocking fees may still apply.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
When you opt-in for Package Protection at checkout, your order is covered against loss, theft, or damage. If there is an issue with your order, you'll have access to a quick and hassle-free claims process. You can file a claim by navigating to your order here.
If you choose to opt out, you can still file a shipping claim, but it will be subject to the shipping carrier's guidelines and coverage limits. Claims typically take 3 weeks to be processed by the carriers.
