You can self-service cancel your order, update your shipping address, or edit order notes anytime before we start preparing your order by visiting your Order Status page. Original payment method refunds are available within 7 days of placing your order. Cancellations after 7 days are issued as store credit until we start preparing your order.
Enter your order number (numbers only, e.g. 38123456). You can find it in your order history or confirmation email.
