IN-STORE PURCHASES
Light stick purchases made in-store are inspected upon checkout to ensure the items are defect-free. As the original seal is broken due to the inspection process, all packages are re-sealed with label stickers. As such, all light sticks are subject to a restocking fee for refund & exchanges as the item will have been inspected beforehand.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Light stick purchases made online are shipped brand new, and are not inspected prior to shipping or pickup. Light sticks that have been opened are subject to a restocking fee for refunds and exchanges. You can start a return request from your order history page in your account or you can start a return request here.
If you would like your light stick to be inspected prior to shipping or pickup to ensure the items are defect-free, please include this request in the notes section upon checkout.
