CANCELLATIONS
You can self-service cancel your order, update your shipping address, or edit order notes anytime before we start preparing your order by visiting your Order Status page. Original payment method refunds are available within 7 days of placing your order. Cancellations after 7 days are issued as store credit until we start preparing your order.
If you need to make changes beyond this window, need to make edits in the items in your order, or need to make changes to your delivery method, please contact us as soon as possible here. In most cases, we will be able to make the adjustments if the request is received before the order is shipped, but in any case, we will do our best accommodate requests.
HOW DOES SELF-SERVICE ORDER CANCELLATION WORK?
- Navigate to your Order Status page, either from the 'Manage Order' button from your Order Confirmation Email or from your account's Order History. On the Order Status page, you will see options to edit or cancel your order.
Note: If the 'Cancel Order' option is unavailable, the order is no longer eligible for self-service order cancellation, and you canĀ contact us for further assistance.
SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ORDER NOTE CHANGES
You can also edit your Shipping Address (not applicable to pickup orders), or your Order Notes until we start preparing your ordrer.
- Navigate to your Order Status page, either from the 'Manage Order' button from your Order Confirmation Email or from your account's Order History. On the Order Status page, you will see options to edit your Shipping Address or Order Notes.
